OPAS: Novacap holds 75.93% of PCAS’ share capital

At the end of the simplified takeover bid, which took place from July 6th to 19th, 2017 a share, Novacap acquired 2,923,598 shares under the semi-centralization procedure and 309 127 shares on the market for a price of € 16.94 . Therefore, Novacap increased its control from 54.55% to 75.93% of PCAS. The group also states that PCAS holds 1,159,216 of its own shares, representing 7.66% of the capital and 7.54% of the voting rights of the company.
