Carbon intensity: (CO2 emissions on scopes 1+2 per ton of manufactured product)
Energy: Energy intensity (energy consumption per ton of manufactured product)
Renewable and recovered energy
Water: Water intensity (water consumption per ton of manufactured product)
CSR Targets on People and Communities
Quality of life at work: Trust Index score, calculated and verified by the Great Place To Work (GPTW)
Pay equity: Gender equality index
Training: Percentage of employees trained at least once during the year
CSR Targets on Operational Integrity
Ethics training: Percentage of employees trained in the SEQENS Code of Ethics
EcoVadis: Percentage of our operational sites with a Gold or Platinum medal
Responsible purchasing : Cover 60% of the amount of purchases by a CSR performance evaluation by 2025 (via Ecovadis)

Quality system: Reduction in justified customer complaints

United Nation Sustainable Development Goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 commitments established by the UN in 2015 and are part of the 2030 Agenda which is a universal program for sustainable development.
