AdvensProtect PEHG

AdvensProtect PEHG is a combination of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin. Phenoxyethanol is a broad-spectrum preservative effective against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, as well as against yeasts. Ethylhexylglycerin is a multifunctional ingredient with great emollient and preservative booster properties.​It is a strong booster for better protection against microbial growth. The boosting effect is due to the surfactant properties of ethylhexylglycerin, which affects the surface tension properties of bacteria, improving the contact between phenoxyethanol and the bacterial membrane.
