TEXTENS TA 135

Introduction

Textens TA 135 is used as a cross-linking agent to reduce fibrillation of cellulosic
fibers. Thus, there is a minimum splitting of the fiber filament into microfibers
which can give a frosty appearance to the finished fabric.
Textens TA 135 crosslink with Lyocell fibers under alkaline conditions either before or
after fabric has been dyed. It is used at a concentration between 0.5 to 1.5% (active
content) by wright of fabric.
