Introduction
ROSCAN® 1117 is extreme pressure additive recommended to formulate
metalworking fluids for cutting and deformation operations as well as greases
additivation.
ROSCAN® 1117 is a light colored sulfurized, non-copper corrosive mixture of highly
refined natural triglycerides, fatty acid esters and hydrocarbons.
Thanks to its high lubricity properties, ROSCAN® 1117 can be ideally used for
formulating heavy duty metalworking fluids such as broaching, threading and
deep-hole drilling applications.
ROSCAN® 1117 can also be used for formulating metalworking fluids dedicated
to deformation applications such as stamping and cold heading.
