Preservative boosters / Multifunctionals
The unique properties of the AdvensProtect Green range make those multifunctional emollients a perfect alternative to the “conventional” petrochemical versions and compatible with most personal care formulations. AdvensProtect products have low toxicity, good value as humectant and as moisturizers. They are generally good preservative boosters.
AdvensProtect Green products are highly pure diols, that are manufactured from sustainable natural sources. A full control of the supply chain from the raw material to the finished goods.

- Skin care emollient & multifunctional
- Moisturizing agent: short lipophilic chain will attach to the lipid structures orientating the hydrophobic part of the molecule to the upper skin layers for better moisture retention. It is particularly known as a mild solution in especially very sensitive skin and applications areas like facial masks, intimate hygiene products…
- Can be used as a solvent to stabilize emulsions.
