Executive Leadership Team’s missions

The Executive Leadership Team is responsible for deploying the strategic road map designed with the Supervisory Board to meet group development objectives.

Shaping and preserving Seqens strategy, values and assets: its mission includes formulating and implementing the group’s strategic vision and objectives. The ELT also steers the group’s business portfolio and is responsible for fulfilling the group’s value creation objectives

Managing Performance of Businesses or corporate functions, allocating group resources and monitoring the activities.
