We ensure that all our strategic and operational decisions respect the highest standards of business ethics, human rights, anti-corruption and regulatory compliance. This requirement applies to all our entities as well as to our partners, in a spirit of mutual trust and respect for the principles of sustainable development.
OUR GOAL
OUR APPROACH
As we wish to be a partner recognized for its ethics and compliance, we have brought together all our principles and requirements in a Code of Ethics, the foundation of our activities. This Code guides every employee in complying with our standards, and sets out clear expectations in terms of behavior. It guarantees compliance with the law, notably in the fight against corruption, child labor and human trafficking, as well as with competition law and international business practices.
Responsible purchasing
As part of our corporate governance, we fully integrate responsible purchasing into our strategy. We are committed to being an ethical, reliable and compliant business partner throughout our supply chain. As such, we apply high social, environmental and governance standards, both in our operations and in our sourcing choices

OUR APPROACH
To affirm our commitment to responsible purchasing, we have introduced a Supplier Code of Ethics, to which we ask all our partners to adhere. This code sets out the ethical, social, environmental and governance standards we expect of our suppliers, business partners and subcontractors. As part of our responsible purchasing program, we assess the CSR performance of our suppliers, notably through their scores on the EcoVadis rating platform.
