In 2025, SEQENS confirms the strength of its CSR commitment through remarkable Ecovadis results. Across all 18 industrial sites assessed individually (production and R&D centers), our average score is 87/100, a level of excellence that positions us as a benchmark supplier in the demanding chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
These Ecovadis assessments are concrete recognition of our CSR strategy, implemented site by site, with sustainable and measurable actions in the key areas of the environment, social, ethics, and responsible purchasing.

An annual action plan, closely monitored to achieve excellence
To achieve and maintain these levels of excellence, we have implemented a global CSR action plan, coordinated by our CSR team at headquarters. It is based on several strategic levers:
- Personalized support for each site by the CSR department since 2022 in completing their Ecovadis assessment. This approach enables each local team to better understand the questions asked, identify the supporting documents required, and respond in a more accurate and relevant manner.
- Better mastery of the Ecovadis assessment methodology, to align our responses with the analysis criteria and improve the quality of the supporting documents provided;
- Comprehensive collection and centralization of all CSR actions carried out at our sites, compiled in shared documents, highlighted in our internal communications, and used to enrich the evidence files provided to Ecovadis.
- Continuous improvement of CSR reporting, with the addition of new key performance indicators (KPIs) and consolidated performance monitoring over several years;
- Independent verification of our CSR report by an independent third party, reinforcing the reliability and credibility of the information published;
- Alignment of our indicators with recognized international standards, such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), to ensure the comparability of our practices in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
