Introduction
LOSMA® 810 is a light-colour dimercaptothiadiazole (DMTD) derivative used as an ashless metal deactivator and effective copper corrosion inhibitor. It is specifically designed to protect copper and other non-ferrous metals from corrosion, helping to improve lubricant performance and extend component life in demanding industrial environments.
LOSMA® 810 is suitable for a wide range of industrial lubricant applications, including hydraulic fluids, gear oils, compressor oils, greases and metalworking fluids. It is particularly recommended for formulations used in systems containing copper.
LOSMA® 810 is soluble in both mineral and synthetic base stocks.
