After the divestment of its Limoges site to Solabia, SEQENS Group is bringing its Personal Care and Custom & Specialties activities together within a single organization. A natural next step in this evolution.
This change is part of the Group’s recent transformation and aims to strengthen synergies between complementary areas of expertise, simplify the organization, and offer an increasingly integrated approach to its customers.
The Personal Care activities, recognized for their expertise for the beauty and personal care market, are joining forces with the Custom & Specialties activities, which bring together the Group’s know-how in specialty ingredients, process development, and custom manufacturing.
This merger brings together complementary skills within a single organization, covering in particular:
- functional ingredients for beauty and personal care applications;
- high-value-added specialty ingredients;
- the development and industrialization of innovative solutions;
- custom manufacturing of complex molecules and ingredients;
- sustainability and responsible innovation initiatives.
SEQENS Group aims to strengthen the visibility of its Personal Care Specialty Ingredients offering and foster the sharing of expertise between its teams, in order to better support its customers’ needs across all their markets.
This new organization reflects SEQENS’s ambition to continue developing its Specialty Ingredients activities around an increasingly coherent, innovative, and value-creating portfolio of solutions for its customers.
