SEQENS Announces the Completion of the Transfer of Wavelength Activities
ECULLY, FRANCE – August 30th, 2026
SEQENS announces today the completion of the transfer of the Wavelength activities, including Wavelength Enterprises Ltd. in Israel, Wavelength Enterprises Inc. in the United States and Monolom India Pharma Private Limited in India, to a new shareholder.
Wavelength joined the SEQENS Group in 2021 and has since contributed to the Group’s pharmaceutical activities through the development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Operating from its headquarters in Petah Tikva and manufacturing site in Neot Hovav, Israel, Wavelength serves pharmaceutical customers worldwide through a broad portfolio of generic APIs and complex chemistry capabilities, while Monolom provides research and development support from Pune, India.
The transaction marks the start of a new chapter for the Wavelength activities under local ownership.
