Protéus by Seqens takes part in the ABACUS project

ABACUS is a 3-year project, funded by the Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program, aiming at the development of innovative algae-based ingredients for nutraceuticals and cosmetic actives, such as algal terpenes for fragrances to long-chain terpenoids (carotenoids). In the context of ABACUS project, Proteus by Seqens provides a collection of more than 600 microalgae strains which will be screened in order to select the best strains in term of products of interest and biomass productivity.
